The order detail shows the confirmed currency, total and payment status from the store. The confirmation email is a secondary record; if the values differ, use the order detail and contact support before taking another action.

Eligibility depends on the order state and whether the digital key has been fulfilled or revealed. Read the refund policy and include your order reference when asking for a review.
