Displayed prices and currency
The product page, cart and checkout show the full price in the active store currency. Price, tax, availability and selected licence are confirmed again by the store before payment begins.
Available payment providers
Softwareoo accepts payment through PayPal. Checkout offers PayPal only when it is configured for the active region and current cart.
Softwareoo does not receive or store complete payment credentials. Payment data is processed through PayPal's secure flow.
Authorisation and charge
Payment authorisation is not the same as successful digital delivery. The store creates the order and assigns an eligible key only after confirmed payment and successful fulfilment.
Failed or duplicate payment
If you see a charge but no order, contact support@softwareoo.com with the payment reference and time. Do not share full card details, passwords or licence keys.
